Xperts Logo Design is committed to continuous improvement of its services. We may occasionally update or amend this Refund Policy to reflect these ongoing efforts. Any revisions to this policy will be promptly posted on our website. The revised policy will take effect immediately upon its posting unless a later effective date is explicitly stated within the document. We will also update the "Last Updated" date below to reflect any changes.

If a modification significantly alters how we utilize your "personal information," we will provide online notification before the effective date of the change.

Your Responsibility

It is essential that you regularly review this policy for any updates. Your continued use of our services after we post changes indicates your acceptance of those changes. If you find the revised policy unacceptable, your only option is to stop using our website. We trust in your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service (TOS) represent the complete agreement between you and Xperts Logo Design. They govern your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements about those services. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions applicable when utilizing or purchasing specific Xperts Logo Design services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.

No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability:

You agree that your user account is non-transferable and that any rights to your membership ID or contents within your account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.

Statute of Limitations:

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Each user account is only entitled to one refund. The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Refund & Money Back Guarantee Policy

Xperts Logo Design is a logo design and web marketing business whose goal is to provide the highest level of Internet marketing services to our clients. Like all businesses and to provide our services we need to cover operating expenses associated with providing said services. We expect our clients to understand the associated costs and respect all policies regarding our services.

Upon hiring Xperts Logo Design, for web design and marketing services, you are bound by our refund and cancellation policy agreement and agree to abide by our policies therein.

You acknowledge that certain features of the platform and website, as well other products and services of the company, including those that may be available through the Platform or Website, may be subject to terms, conditions, and disclaimers in addition to this agreement, and you agree that your use of the platform and website and any such products and services may be subject to such additional terms, conditions, and disclaimers.

Under no circumstances will any deposited funds for a project be refunded after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved, or a change is requested unless Xperts Logo cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.

• All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement: Request is made when the initial concepts for a logo are offered. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void and the refund request will not be entertained.
• If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, then you would be eligible for a full refund (less 10% service & and processing fee).
• If the refund request is made within 48 hours, you will be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service and processing fee).
• If the refund request is made between 48 - 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service and processing fee).
• No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, we encourage our clients to contact us in case of any concern or revisions.
• No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing said order. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
• No refund requests will be entertained after the final file formats have been delivered.
• For website packages, no refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
• For video animation packages, no refund request will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard.
• All refund requests should be communicated to our support department. Xperts Logo Design, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve or disapprove your request on an individual case-to-case basis.
• For Xpert Logo Design’s custom packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages. For example, if you order our logo and web design service and approve the logo, you can claim refund for the website service at the time of initial design phase only.
• A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given. However, further revisions will be done from our side until you are completely satisfied.
• Money-back guarantee is based on that the order is placed in good faith. Where a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intention of claiming a refund, we do not consider it good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
• All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design, therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to get the desired results.
• A 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed logo is to be found considerably similar to another logo design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing design will be merely a coincidence and Xperts Logo Design will not take any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. It is the client's responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted.

This agreement and the additional terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the company concerning the platform and use of the website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, for the platform and website. The Additional Terms are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully restated herein mutatis mutandis.

Financial Arrangements

Our Services are offered for a fee. Depending on the Service, it may be a one-time fee (for example, for redesigning of your website) or a recurring fee (for example, for providing a plan). By using our Services, you agree to pay the associated fees, which we’ll bill or charge you for in regular intervals (such as monthly or annually), on a pre-pay basis until you cancel, which you can do at any time.

Performance Credit Eligibility Exclusions

• Outages caused by Customer-provided application software installed on DWDM Servers.
• Outage caused by delay or interruption in telecommunications provided by 3rd party services, including Domain Name System propagation service.
• Outages caused by any event or condition not wholly within the control of the company, including without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, or embargo.
• Outages during Customer-scheduled or emergency maintenance events.
• Outages caused by negligence or willful misconduct of Customer or Customer’s customer(s).
• Outages caused by an inability to obtain equipment or services needed for the provisioning of additional Services.

Cancellation and Refund Process

If Xperts Logo Design determines that you are eligible to take advantage of this policy and that all requirements of this policy have been met, your account will be canceled and a refund equal to the amount of your first monthly service fee will be issued to the credit card you used to make your payment.

Claiming Your Refund

We will try to resolve your concern under our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Xperts Logo Design and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by us to you. To further specify:

Since the design rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no indirect or direct right to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies Xperts Logo Design would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.

General Policies

Xperts Logo Design reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this offer at any time. We reserve the right to offset any refund amount by an amount equal to unpaid additional fees charged by us or third parties outstanding at the time of the cancellation and refund request.

Xperts Logo Design is not responsible for delays in refunds due to financial institution or credit card processor policies, delays, or closures, or due to inaccurate personal or billing information as such may be provided by the customer or otherwise inputted and maintained in our systems.

Trademarks & Copyrights

You warrant the right to use the trademarks and copyrights applicable to all content or products made available through your account.

Waiver

No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or power hereunder preclude further exercise of that or any other right hereunder. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any applicable purchase or other terms, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
